Smartboard/HDMI troubleshooting

For display issues:

1. Restart laptop

2. Unplug/replug all connected cables (including wall and floor ports)

3. Check display settings + ensure 2/3 are extending and are your 'main display'

4. If no display is showing, restart the black dock by pressing the power button (Fun hack: you can check if the dock is on or off by flipping your mouse upside down. If the red light is off, then the dock is off, if the light is on, the dock is on). Press the power button again (and check if the mouse light is red again) and the dock will come back on. Then re-check display settings

For sound issues:

1. Restart laptop

2. Check sound settings by clicking the sound button on your bottom taskbar

2. Click the arrow icon

3. Make sure 'Targus Dock' is selected

4. Turn the ViewBoard off and on again making sure to use the frontrow panel beside your desk
